About us

we are a chef/friend duo from a little town in the heart of Cheshire. We met working in a gastro-pub kitchen at the start of our cooking career’s! we quickly became good friends and worked extremely well together. Myself and Giani both share a love of cooking and the Italian way of dining.

we often joked about how cool it would be to run a food truck of our own one day, with pizza always being the focus point. As time went on,our goals changed and we decided to take the leap.

Giani has grown up making pizza with his dad every week and we both have a love for the simplicity and quality of ingredients that go into making good pizza.
